my ps2 slim SCPH-70004 won't load it #329

I tried with a new philips dvd-r, I tried formatting at 1x and 4x with both imgburn and cdburnerxp, I activated the "finalize disc" option and "dvd high compatibility" and still nothing. I have tried unplugging and plugging in the controller and memory card, changing the language to "english" and turning on "diagnosis". can someone help me?

i have the same issue with ps2 slim, scph75004 with DVD Player 3.11E

freedvdboot disc could not be read

im using verbatim dvd-r and tried also with different burning tools i tried with burning speed 1x and also 4x

also searching for a fix
