Add the rest of FDVDB support #332

Both on CD-ROM and on-board versions may be added in future: 1.00/1.01/2.00/2.01/2.02/2.14/2.16/3.00/3.02/3.03/3.04 - J = Japan 1.20/1.30/2.13/2.14/3.00/3.02 - E = UK/Europe 1.20/1.30/2.13/2.14/3.00/3.02 - A = Oceania 1.10/1.20/1.30/2.14/3.00/3.02 - U = USA/Canada 2.12/2.15/3.02 - K = Korea 2.12/2.15/3.02 - G = Asia/Taiwan 2.16/3.02 - D = Russia 3.02 - C = China

Remarks: Already added 3.04 version for M = Latin America/Mexico Already added 2.10/3.03 versions for E = UK/Europe Already added 3.10/3.11 versions for all regions 2.12K/G and 3.03/3.04J will FAIL

How did you get it to run on the 3.03E? Also, is it possible to use the files with the ESR Patcher by Jabu to patch an ISO?

Would love to know that as well. No luck on my 3.03E (I used TDK branded DVD+R, alas)
