For those without MC and need the DVD method (Test it to my PS2 Slim SCPH-77004)
I just replace the inside uLaunchELF with mod wLaunchELF (https://github.com/ps2homebrew/wLaunchELF) with exFat support.
Burn it with the same instructions as provided in front page (i hope works) and the explain, how chance initial program is in the instructions front page
New with mod wLaunchELF (https://github.com/israpps/wLaunchELF_ISR) All PS2 slims (3.10 + 3.11) - English language.zip Test it in my PS2 Slim SCPH-77004 and works
