As a user,I should see on the left side of the discover page fields to insert trip date, radius, current location, and weather.
Acceptance Criteria:
-User should enter insert trip start and end date
-User should enter radius into a text field
-User should enter current location in text field of latitude and longitude
-User should enter type of preferred weather
-User should be able to click Find button
-When user clicks find button, the form should call the get discoverData API and send all the needed info
