Page banner images: use page_banner_image image style #11

Update html.html.twig to use page_banner_image image style for rendering banner images from field_banner_image (image style is a focal point scale/crop to 1280x500).

(On CD Demo, page_banner_image does exist, and field_banner_image is on Basic page.)
