Consider using branched logic through cookiecutter for `service-account.json` key inclusion or exclusion #15

This issue highlights the possibility to use branched logic for changing template implementation when a service account key is necessary (when someone does not have a Google account). Adding this might remove the need to change documentation or other TF configuration details manually.
