Main commit for LUQ version 2.0. Reorganized LUQ into super/subclasses for temporal and spatial filtering, changed 'clean' to 'filter' throughout, removed generate_kdes and calc_r methods, added spatial filtering package rbf_fit, and updated syntax in all notebooks and python files.
