Multiple commits with main goal of allowing use of LUQ to learn dynamics and QoI without working with observational data and using observational data iteratively after QoI are learned. This involved the following:
adding more to the attribute info that keeps track of parameters specified with each method used
renaming filtering methods based on type ('splines' or 'rbfs') instead of using terms 'temporal' or 'spatial'
making minor updates to example files to remove reference to old filtering method naming
added save instance method
removing subclass structure by adding filtering methods to parent class along with wrapper filtering method
