Successfully implement load power management on GATT server for low current consumption so that it can be operated on battery.

The complete server system by default operates in EM2 mode consuming low current. When the gesture sensor is turned on, it also consumes same current as it is interrupt based.

After the pulse oximeter completes one reading and processes the data, this sensor is turned off for low energy consumption. Below screenshot shows energy profiler output when the sensor is operating and after it is disabled.
