Create short best-practices document for developing on CyVerse #13

We should create a brief readme containing the links and info needed for using Git, loading kernels, shutdowning between development sprints, push changes, etc

Do we need to include a notebook like the one configure_github_ssh.ipynb that allows us to setup out credentials? At least for the development efforts?
