Update to UHI example for Boulder - still a WIP #52

@ayialind FYI - I have made some updates to the current notebook. Not done but it loads the GIS and ecostress data, loads the boundary and tree data, and plots them together

Next step: select some points from city core and surrounding to compare temperatures. Maybe sample the tree data to get an idea of where trees cool surface temps?

Perhaps draw a line ROI over the ECOSTRESS data from west to east over boulder to show how the city creates a large temp increase?
