Create new folder in google drive labeled practice_data. Pull bag files from competition2018 folder and segment out 10-15 second videos of tasks create script to pull the data from google drive.

A lot of this is part of YTS. Consult @flamma7 for information on that.

There should be scripts so that when user is done labeling images, the zipped folder gets uploaded to the correct place
