Official merge of style pionts and Jiangshi buoy with aspect ratio configuration

Besides the PR title...

localizer pulls the darknet image header
Use rolling median in mapper instead of rolling average to reject outliers and follow trends in pose changes more effectively. Huge improvement in buoys task
nodeleted bounding box viewer (redundant w/ soroush's script)
