detection tree publishes height + width of image
jiangshi uses pose estimate from bounding box height size to approach
fixed search detection listener bug
make gazebo.py default to sim paused & not to add noise
fixed localizer crashing issue
delete perception_control pkg
delete special PID loops that we no longer use

running commands same as Adam posted in #software
