Work with electrical team to define messages to embedded system for following actions:
Controlling actuators 1-8
Getting depth sensor readings, we want high update rate ideally +60Hz
Getting hydrophone direction estimates
Publish/Subscribe to relevant topics as needed and send to/from embedded board
Basic battery monitoring is done, but that is not in a ros node because we run it seperate on boot. Should integrate it into a node and run on boot with ros core.
