WFS - Incorrect WofVersion field for my service #31

I was testing the WFS generated for my CZSNW service by HIS Central. The WofVersion field is incorrect.

It should be 1.1, but it is showing 1.0 Here is the GetFeature request link:

http://hiscentral.cuahsi.org/WFS/182/cuahsi.wfs?request=GetFeature
