Test Page fails for WaterOneFlow 1.1 services - incorrect SOAPAction #37

I Have registered my WOF 1.1 web service at HIS Central. When I try using the test page (http://hiscentral.cuahsi.org/testpage.aspx) I get an error message

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: http://www.cuahsi.org/his/1.0/ws/GetSites

I think the problem is with the SOAPAction being sent. For 1.1 you should send SOAPAction: http://www.cuahsi.org/his/1.1/ws/GetSites
