I would like to be able to: Add a series to a theme (from another theme)

this feature can be added as a new context menu item in the series selector menu.

The delete series from a theme (without deleting the whole theme) feature is already implemented in HydroDesktop 1.1.

The add a series to a theme feature still need to be added.

I have renamed the issue to reflect the current status.
