Revise desktop icon #180

The cloud on the CUAHSI logo, which is used as the HydroDesktop icon, is drawn as a transparent color on a Windows Desktop. I suspect the cloud is white and the outside border of the image is also white. I think Windows might be using the color on the border as the transparent color. So, I suggest changing the color of the cloud to not-quite-white, e.g., RGB(250,250,250).

I made a new icon that handles transparency better and looks a bit smother too.
