Error in download metadata in HydroDesktop ver 1.7 #189

Dear Developers,

When I am trying to download metadata from HydroDesktop ver 1.7, it occurs errors like this : offset and length were out of bounds for the array or count is greater than the number of elements is greater

Could you please check it . I am waiting for your response .
