The developer documentation is out-of date. Important tasks are: 1) Update the plug-in (extension) developer tutorials for 1.3 2) Update design, architecture, dependency schemas and class diagrams 3) Create tutorials for working with HydroDesktop.SeriesView, HydroDesktop.Database and HydroDesktop.WebServices in a plug-in

4) Update documentation on working with Mercurial 5) Update documentation on working with the auto-build system
