Update Quick Start Guide with Comments from Shale Network Group #53

Shale Network Research Coordination Network funded by NSF (http://www.shalenetwork.org/) are publishing their data with HIS. They provided comments on the HD quick start guide from the perspective of someone coming into HD without prior experience with the software. The attached PDF includes annotations of the comments.

The comments point out typos and other potential areas of improvement. The guide should be revised accordingly.

Thank you for posting the comments. Our team will update the quick start guide based on these comments and post it to HydroDesktop documentation website. A couple of the comments indicate usability problems (color of county boundaries, missing properties context menu in column headers, naming of buttons). I will post these as separate work items on the hydrodesktop.codeplex.com website so that they can be addressed in the upcoming HydroDesktop 1.5 version.
