Projection does not work for some datasets #63

The attached shapefile does not project properly in the current version of HydroDesktop 1.4.11.1. This is data from the Upper Colorado river basin projected in a USGS Albers Projection, but it shows up in the Gulf of Mexico.

Is this actually a problem with HyrdoDesktop? If you look at the dotspatial workitem, the person who reported this issue got it working by changing the prj file.

HD uses DotSpatial to load and re-project shapefiles. I'll move this issue into DS issue tracker. http://dotspatial.codeplex.com/workitem/23095
