TableView: Multiple VariableCodes for the same VariableName #72

There is no way in HD to select time series and know what the differences are between them if at same station and for same VariableName. In table view, it does not list time support, source, or quality control fields (which are some of the fields that when different in our data, generate new records in series catalog).

Possible fix: add possibility in table view to show additional fields like time support/source/etc...
