Rivers layer scale #75

Using HD 1.5.8 For default N. America layers: Can we use a rivers layer that is in similar scale as the HUC layer? Perhaps a scale that would show one river per huc, would make a lot of sense. The only river that shows up with this scale in FL is Apalachicola. There should be a rivers layer that comes with the HUC layer in NHD. thank you, Kathleen

maybe have 2 rivers layers; As is possible in ArcGIS, only show rivers of this other scale when zoomed in a certain amount.
