WaterOneFlow didn't work, had .net4 #105

I downloaded and installed wateroneflow from code plex, it has a .net4 reference in the web.config but everything uses .net2? so it didn't work; I downloaded version from cuahsi.org and that worked.

The new version uses ASP.net MVC 4 for the user interface.
