Can't update Local Spatial Reference CV with ODM Tools

When trying to update local spatial reference CV with ODM Tools, I am receiving the attached error message.

I have confirmed this with version 1.1.3.4. The steps I took to recreate were:

Connect ODM Tools to an ODM 1.1.1 blank schema database Click Tools -- CV Update Select the SpatialReferences CV Click the Update Local CV button
