ODM Data Loader: Issue with Loading Categorical Data #55

I am trying to implement the Categories functionality of the ODM database, but cannot get any data to load into the table through the ODM data loader. Before I manually enter them, I'm sending you two screen shots for the errors that I receive when trying to load the categories.csv file. I even deleted out all but one record and tried to load the file to no avail. This one is absolutely stumping me at this point. I have loaded all of the data values for the dataset into the ODM database and am doing this as the last step per the instructions in the ODM Data Loader Software Manual. Attached are my screen shots and one of the spreadsheets that I'm trying to use.

Fixed in release for ODM 1.1.1.

Chet, would you be able to attach the .csv you were trying to load? It looks as though only the error messages were posted.
