Read the downwards-facing ultrasonic and put that in the sensor suite

Depends on #19

We will use the PWM output on the ultrasonic to achieve this. This repo should do most of the work, just need to integrate with our code. https://github.com/hatobus/LV_EZ1_for_raspi
