What user role does this story relate to? Web fund manager

Feature story steps

All feature stories take the perspective of a user interacting with this application. Please describe the intended behavior in Gherkin-like syntax. Here is an example:

  1. Given I am logged in as an "web fund manager".
  2. When I go to "[fund edit page]".
  3. Then, I should see a "Marketing Content" editor block.
  4. Then, I should be able to add text, images and links in the block.
  5. Then, I should format text and images with WISYWIG editor options.
  6. Then, I should click a "Save" button.

Since y'all haven't touched me in 60 days, I feel unwanted and will close up shop after 7 more days. If you want to keep me alive, add the "pinned" or "security" labels...but don't be cruel. More info found at https://github.com/CUCentralAdvancement/github-docs/blob/main/docs/github/stalebot.md
