I added these to UptimeRobot, but I need to confirm after an hour: https://uptimerobot.com/dashboard.php#mainDashboard

HTTP monitored every hour:

@mattroush Any reason why all the monitors aren't set to 5-minute intervals?

I used 60 minutes since essential.cu.edu was set to that, but I don't think there is any limit on the amount of pings/checks but rather only the number of monitors. If not, I will change all monitors to 5-minute intervals.

Also, Heroku has addons for monitoring that might be worth looking into https://elements.heroku.com/addons#monitoring specifically Pingdom or Status List. I think keeping things within Heroku makes sense with the current addon budget being low and using one that's shareable across apps...I think they let you monitor any URL like Uptime Robot, but to try out you have to pay...not so interested in the "beta" addons...

@alexfinnarn no particular reason for existing intervals, feel free to change to 5 min for all if that's best.

As for the add-one, I think it makes sense to keep things in Heroku and something like Pingdom or other shareable across apps would be fantastic and well worth the cost. We could try one out on essential.cu.edu and crowdfunding.cu.edu (maybe even giving if it will monitor non-heroku sites, too). I really like the option to test user behavior, too. Which one were stood out to you?

Updated them to five-minute intervals. I'll create another issue about switching monitoring services.
