Add Accessibility Information to Code #583

We need to do this https://nextjs.org/docs/advanced-features/custom-document and also add attributes in the HTML.

Acceptance Criteria

Next Issue

We should test https://giving-frontend.herokuapp.com/fund/bridge-forward-scholarship and make sure that the Cypress tests include an accessibility check by default.
