[ ] Come up with a formal description of what is allowed and what is not
[ ] Create protocols and procedures for requesting VPN access
Make sure they understand what is allowed and what is not
Get some sort of agreement from them that shows that they acknowledge and agree to the rules

Could we steal the formal description from the MOU?

Requesting VPN access could be a form of some sort. Google forms? Maybe just an email to the officers list? That could get spammy.

Essentially, yeah. We're gonna have to cover at least everything that's in the MOU + give them boundaries within the lab. This is basically gonna be a terms of service document.

As for format, I don't know. Honestly we should probably have an officer meeting to write this and come up with a good procedure.
