Assigning to @Marc75 to update this issue with copy changes as they become available.
For users who have used the site before to request APC payment (e.g. Wellcome or RCUK funders) it's not obvious that they need to upload a manuscript first to enquire about an APC payment. We did have a link visible on the Upload page but user testing highlighted that this confused users who had not used the site before. However, the link is now a bit hidden in the 'What version should I upload?' content panel, which is closed by default.

Can you just change the link at the bottom of the form to say 'A note on Open Access charges' rather than 'A note on Open Access fees'? The terminology of fees and charges is a little inconsistent otherwise. Thanks.
Changed the wording of the button @micheleidesmith. I'm going to go ahead and merge this as it's just a simple text change.
Quick update, the final wording changes agreed here won't be be part of the bug bash as they will not have been part of the overnight staging server deployment.
