It seems there might be an issue with the website changing people's journals to something different. See OA-1058, which has 'JOURNAL OF MULTIPLE-VALUED LOGIC AND SOFT COMPUTING' on the form but where the author sent an immediate follow-up message:
Somehow your system has replaced my journal by another one.
The correct journal is "Review of Symbolic Logic".
The same thing may have happened on OA-1052, here the form gave the journal as International Journal of Diabetes and Metabolism but the manuscript (confirmed by the author) was from the Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism.
Of course it's possible it was just human error and they clicked the wrong option, but 1058 in particular makes me think it might be worth looking into.
