I seem to remember we did a design for this error page. Can you remember @asd38 ?
The original design can be found here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/gnsfh77yvy8qpxp/No%20script.psd?dl=0 but that didn't have the updated wording yet.
We should still use the visual styling as indicated in the design, but with the following wording instead (if the wording hasn't been updated yet):
JavaScript isn’t enabled

JavaScript must be enabled to use http://openaccess.cam.ac.uk . Please turn on JavaScript in your browser and refresh the page. If you need assistance, please visit http://activatejavascript.org .
This is an easy fix, assigning to @timdegroote
In the copy, I've changed the site URL to 'this site' in case the url would change at some point we wouldn't have to remind ourselves to change it here.
Assigning to @bp323 for review.
Verified and merged.
Needs updating as wording is not accurate - see issue raised in Bug Bash:
The /noscript page which shows when javascript is turned off has highly optimistic wording. It says "JavaScript isn’t enabled: some things won’t run smoothly" and "Without JavaScript some parts of the website will not work as intended". In fact NOTHING will work without javascript enabled, the user will only be able to see the /noscript page. The site requires javascript to work at all.
