Department field in form doesn't auto-suggest for some departments #258

Some departments are entered as 'Dept. of ...' (e.g. Dept of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology) which means it doesn't show up when they start typing Department...

List has been updated and should include all departments. List requires a further update to fix the department abbreviations.
