To reduce the number of duplicate manuscripts we receive, we need a way to detect manuscript during the upload process.

The user should be able to identify themselves as an author of the paper.

We will need designs for this.

Seeing as this hasn't gotten any work done in 2 months I'm going to close this issue. We can incorporate it into future sprints if required.
