Push manuscripts from Avocet into Dspace (integration) #304

We'll investigate the Symplectic integration and pulling back arXiv deposits first. It may be that integrating Symplectic with Dspace is more beneficial in the long term. See #326.

The symplectic import prototype has been finished and can be found at https://github.com/CUL-DigitalServices/symplectic-import

Is there other work that we need to tackle in the short term or can this ticket be closed?
