Improve upload page design #307

It should be clear what you can do and what will happen next after upload. We have feedback from the usability testing on this.

This is mostly just the information redesign, but it doesn't contain the visual design (e.g. for diagrams...), and the content changes (this will be done separately as part of the design work). 
 (Mind that the navigation redesign is treated in a separate issue (#306).)
