Journal lookup field does not recognise special characters

A user reported that they had tried to find Géotechnique in the Journal lookup list. It is in there as Geotechnique (no accent on the e) but if you try typing in the name with the accent it isn't found.

It should work in both cases (with and without an accent). I'm not sure if we can make this work without adding duplicate entries to the journal lookup list.

We'd need some technical investigation on this to see how long it would take and what components would need to be worked on. Moving to the backlog for now.

We were unable to reproduce this issue. Everything seemed to work normal.
