Tabbing through navigation menu in Firefox doesn't work properly #317

When I tab on the home page using firefox, to test the home and about navigation, it immediately jumps to sign in. It skips the home and about. It also doesn't seem to pick up the upload buttons.

Anne-Sophie was the one who reported this in the Bug Bash. Ask her to reproduce.

Tim and I looked into it this morning, but it seems to be a non-issue.
