I think we can do this change whenever we are ready. If we have satisfied ourselves that the openaccess tag is no longer needed. I have created and updated a trigger we can use here https://camacuk.zendesk.com/agent/#/admin/triggers/edit/46459173:
We've tested this and it all seems to be working fine so I'm closing this issue.
The Avocet configuration for the ZenDesk API integration should be changed so that the API sends new submissions to the ZenDesk hub: https://camacuk.zendesk.com
We are turning off the ZenDesk spoke ucamoa.zendesk.com
