Patcher Music & Sounds update #99

  1. After the initial patcher theme music plays play this sound (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1hH2izVwX3idTllOEZTZDFLRTg) on loop.

  2. When you launch a client all sounds & music in the patcher should be muted until the client closes.

This issue should be closed I think?

Looking through what is listed above, its already implemented.
