added tests for failed scans in Aeneid Book 1 #43

After commenting out the DIASTOLE rule and running the combined grammar test, I realized that there are actually way more composition failures than if that variable rule was in place. The reason is that the ability for the grammar to lengthen a vowel, as per the diastole rule, allows for some 'cheating' in the sense that it masks potential flaws in our various grammars.

I've gone ahead and started documenting the lines that fail to scan, and tried scanning them by hand. I then added the failed lines which I was able to scan by hand to the below scansion_tests file (I excluded clearly defective lines, hypermeter lines, and muta cum liquida problems). So essentially, these new tests are lines in which I cannot figure out why the combined grammar fails to scan them properly. I'm not sure how to debug from here though.

Is this a good way to keep track of and share this data with you? Otherwise, I can also share the Google Docs that I've been working on that lists these lines.
