Scansion library enrichment, part 1 #67

  1. Adds new sub-messages to the protocol buffer specification of a line, covering syllable and foot structure. Note that these are not yet populated.
  2. Refactors the grammars so that each step of the scansion process is a separate grammar. (These are then all reimported into all.far), then roles this out to the scansion library itself.

Part of #64, but not complete.
