initial commit: drafted the list of graphemes and phonemes #7

Could you please review my list of graphemes and phonemes? I used this list https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA/Latin (classical and IPA column) to help me, but I don't know whether that is the right way to go.

I was also wondering if I should include dipthongs in this list (right now, I only put single letters in the grapheme list).

Should I include diphthongs in the grapheme list? Should I switch out "q" for "qu," both in the graphme list and in the rewrite rule?

That's a good question, but I think you don't really have to here because "qu" and "ae" are going to be in graphemes* either way.
