Task: Setup email service to communicate with users

Task description

To enable extensive auth flows, secure user settings management, and generic platform-based communication with participants, the app includes an email transporter. We opted to use resend for its simplicity and customizability when it comes to sending domains. Although this is not necessarily fit for the school's potential restrictions, so we might have to review the service we use.

This issue is currently stalled. The school added the DNS records, but for some reason, most likely at the parent domain's level, their propagation is obstructed and the emailing service (resend.dev) can't verify the records.

We have to either find an alternative or pay for our own custom domain outside the school's domain.
