Epic: Re-architect dependencies and routes #173

Epic Description

This is admittedly a pretty big overhaul of things. Ultimately, a few of our prior decisions need to be reviewed:

Using supabase's client and CLI / local dev tool lead to maintainability concerns, typing complications, long-standing query limitations (update-many...)
Implementing our own primitives from scratch lead to poor accesibility
Lack of i18n
Partially unsecure and limited auth flow
and more...

We here devise the new stack for the v2:

Svelte-kit
Drizzle-orm and Drizzle-kit (db schema and client(s) and migrations manager)
Lucia (auth)
Melt-ui (headless primitives and advanced components with accessibility implementations)

Onboarding and running the new version

In light of this revised setup, running the project requires a few service accounts and the use of a few essential env vars to access said services:

Neon db

Make an account on Neon.tech
Gain access to the project
Add a new role for your local (dev) use
Retrieve the connection info related to said role and add to your .env

In -depth architecture review and fixes is now implemented and operational. Remaining work is at a finer detail level than this epic was concerned with.
