[x] /functions/ should contain only folders, no scripts - started in #36 , done in #39
[ ] Commented MWE below every functions, started in #40
[ ] Rewrite menu1 (interactive DAMM) clean, using DAMMmodel.jl, with the julia script section in /functions/MAIN/
[ ] Create TEA.jl package to load and filter databases such as FLUXNET or COSORE

Before going further, take a step back after FLUXNET respiration figure. reorganize folders structure in /functions, make sure each script is tidy.
